    Love the Ap!

I created a custom form. When in that view, if I click on a field to add an entry, it displays a blue box that is misaligned with the input box. Thoughts?

Also, I use this to track work projects. I created two duplicate databases, one for Open projects and one for Closed projects. I know I can create searches to view by status (I do that), but I’d like to be able to Remove a record from the Open database and place it in the Closed database. Thoughts?

Any luck on fixing the issue with adding a contact in Mac from the application? Mine locks up 100% of the time.

    Hi David,

    1. That blue box is some strange bug with the OS I believe. It happens when your custom layout zoom setting is not set to 100%. If you change it back to 100% when you’re entering in data, then it will be aligned properly. I’ve posted about it on Stack Overflow to try and get some help with it, but haven’t had much luck just yet. Sorry about that.

    2. There’s no function to move records from one form to another other than export and import. Saved Searches are what I always recommend for that situation as you’ve already guessed.

    3. The hang with the Contacts is due to the contacts in your Contacts database. If you have any “No Name” contacts, this will happen. So give any of your No Name contacts a name and that’ll fix the problem.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
