    Hi, the app on the Ipad is complete dead. The sync worked fine. Even the first search. Since then it is only open the app but I can`t get anything to work.
    Made 2 rested without any result. The app on the Iphone works fine.
    what can i do?

    I had a problem a few weeks ago where the app froze and then crashed every time I tried to open it again. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Of course I had to re-sync all my data again, but now everything is fine.

    Hi Olaf,

    What do you mean “can’t get anything to work”? Do you mean when you tap on something, it’s not responding to your taps?

    I would recommend letting it sit there for a little while and just wait. It should respond after a little while. It may be that photos and other files are downloading from iCloud at that moment.
